IN THE DARK

THE WILHELM PRESENTS
IN THE DARK
an improvised film noir

There's a silouette from a streetlamp, an ethereal whistle in the alleyway, and a single thread of smoke rising from a cigarette-or a gun. This October, PIT house team The Wilhelm performs a fully improvised "film noir" on stage, one populated by femme fatales and hard-boiled private dicks. With an eye for detail and a flair for the dramatic, the men and women of The Wilhelm take you across the threshold of your world and into a dark realm of crime and seduction-without forgetting their sense of the absurd.

Starting: Anthony Batista, Leslie Collins, Jamie Cummings, Jonathan Desley, JulieAnn Dulude, Matt Love, Elizabeth Quinn and Justin Zell.

Directed by Kevin Scott.

Thank you very much! (Redux)

A confession must be made. The above photo and the previous "Thank You" photo have been "altered." Jonathan was not always holding a "Thank You" sign. It was another less tasteful sign. And the inclusion of Mr. Ptolemy Slocum is not intended to omit the work of our other coaches. Therefore, we have produced another photo with our beloved, Matthew Donnelly.

Not pictured (yet): Justin Akin,
Kurt Braunohler, Jen Curran, Eric Davis, Kimmy Gatewood, Rebekka Johnson, Sarah Lowe, Sarah Nowak, , Tom Ridgely, Kevin Scott, and Nate Starkey.

Thank you all for making us who we are.

To update you all, we've raised 40% of the money we need to get to
this year's Chicago Improv Festival.

Thank you.

We love you.
